Thomas C. Boscarino

Thomas C. Boscarino attended the University of Connecticut, where he obtained his B.A. in 1974. He also attended the Cumberland School of Law (J.D., 1977) where he served as President of Phi Alpha Delta from 1975-76, as Associate Justice of the Cumberland Moot Court Board from 1976-77, and as Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review from 1975-1977. Thomas C. Boscarino was admitted to the bar in Connecticut in 1977, in the U.S. Tax Court in 1978, and in the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 1982. From 1985-1986 Attorney Boscarino served as Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney, District of Connecticut.

Thomas C. Boscarino is a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Boscarino serves as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee for the District of Connecticut. His areas of practice include bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights, tax collection, commercial law, and commercial litigation.

John H. Grasso

John H. Grasso attended the University of Connecticut (B.A., summa cum laude, University and Honors Scholar, 1979), Emory University School of Law (J.D., 1982) and Cornell University (Certificate in Labor Relations Studies, 1987). He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. John H. Grasso was admitted to the practice of law in 1982. He is admitted in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Georgia. Attorney Grasso served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, District of Alaska, from 1982-1985, and has served as a member of the Region 8 Board of Education, of the Conservation (Inland Wetlands) Commission, and of the Zoning Board of Appeals in Marlborough, Connecticut.

John H. Grasso is a member of both the Hartford County Bar Association and the Elder Law and Commercial Law & Bankruptcy sections of the Connecticut Bar Association. He has taught upper division business law courses at the University of Connecticut School of Business as adjunct faculty. His areas of practice include general litigation, small business representation, wills, trusts and estates, and real estate.

John H. Grasso was commissioned as an officer of the U.S. Army from the R.O.T.C. program at the University of Connecticut, served on active duty as a military prosecutor in the Judge Advocate General Corps, and continues service as the State Judge Advocate of the Connecticut National Guard.

Walter A. Twachtman, Jr.

Walter A. Twachtman, Jr. attended the University of Connecticut, where he obtained his BA in 1964 and the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he obtained his LLB in 1967. While in law school he served as Associate Editor of the Law Review and a member of the National Moot Court Team. Walter A. Twachtman, Jr. was admitted to the bar in Connecticut in 1967 while serving as Law Clerk to Associate Justice Howard W. Alcorn of the Connecticut Supreme Court.

Walter A. Twachtman, Jr. is a member of the Planning and Zoning section, Real Property section, Elder Law section, Construction Law section, and Environmental Law section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He is also a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Hartford County and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the American Society of Law, Medicine and Ethics. Attorney Twachtman is a former member of the Board of Editors of the Connecticut Bar Journal and a past guest lecturer at the University of Connecticut School of Nursing and University of Massachusetts School of Nursing on Medical Legal issues. He was also a member of the faculty at the Second National Interdisciplinary Conference, Justice in Healthcare, Orlando, Florida (1988) and the Third National Interdisciplinary Conference, Justice in Healthcare, Chicago, Illinois (1990).

Walter A. Twachtman, Jr.'s areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate development; land use, zoning, subdivision, inland wetlands and other governmental agency proceedings; all aspects of appellate procedure and practice before the Appellate and Connecticut Supreme Courts; formation, organization and management of all types of business entities and arrangements.
